In our work sometimes we forget to recognize the little accomplishment But without those little accomplishments, and the baby steps we must all take- change just won’t happen.
But often these go unrecognized, or seen as unimportant. Why don’t we acknowledge the hard work we do? Every step is a step towards change. And we need to celebrate those steps.
Perhaps it may inspire others who are in the same boat. Perhaps it may inspire us to continue on our path.
